 If you are planning to attend the next Tunbridge Wells Repair Café, you can save yourself time by preregistering your repair using the link below. You can add your details and the details of your repair.

The advantage of this is it saves you time on the day plus we can advise you ahead of time if we think we can or can’t help or perhaps if buying a spare part in advance will be required.

Please note, preregistering does not guarantee you will be seen on the day and it gives no preferential treatment.  We see people on a first come first served basis, we have no pre booked time slots.  

Preregistrations expire after 9 weeks, so we advise only preregistering if you know you are going to make it soon. Once you pre register you will be sent an email with a link and a code, when you arrive at the repair café, the quickest way to register is click on the link in the email and follow the instructions. If you don’t have your email, make a note of the code and we can help you quickly register using this and your surname.
